After competing in his first triathlon event in 1986, Geoff Meyer caught the thrill of the ‘events world’ and has always had some level of involvement since. Now, with nearly 20 years’ event management experience, Geoff has worked extensively across the Asia Pacific.
Geoff’s team at IRONMAN Asia are responsible for delivering over 35 events in the region annually and his vast experience includes all facets of event management from development to delivery. Along with the IRONMAN suite of events, Geoff has been key in the delivery and management of several National and World Championship events including, ITU World Championships, the UCI Road Cycling World Championships, Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon and Auckland Marathon.
Geoff is a strong and respected team leader, very experienced at managing the triple constraint for projects: cost, time and quality; and is committed to the delivery of consistently professional, safe, world class events that generate excitement, inspiration, passion, personal growth and participation for all ages and abilities.
