Important notice for Nielsen Planning®™

As we prepare for the migration to the Nielsen Portal, you are being temporarily diverted to https://partner.cloud.com.

How to Login

Please use the same user ID you used for Nielsen Planning and IMseverywhere. You will sign in using ‘partner\’. For example, the user name field will look like: partner\<youruserid>, but replace <youruserid> with your personal user ID.

As we prepare for the migration to the Nielsen Portal, no access will be available to Nielsen Planning or IMSeverywhere from Friday, December 3rd at 10 pm EST to Sunday, December 5th.

On Monday, December 6th, 2021, all applications previously accessible via Nielsen Planning and IMSeverywhere will have moved to the Nielsen Portal. Files and templates saved to the S and T drives will also be migrated.

All active accounts will be automatically set up with access through Nielsen Portal.

Update any browser bookmarked URLs you may have from Nielsen Planning and IMSeverywhere to Nielsen Portal at https://portal.apps.nielsen.com/.

Existing Nielsen Portal users

If you already access Nielsen software via the Nielsen Portal, please log in as you normally do and reset your password. To learn how to reset your Nielsen Portal password, visit our Media Portal help section.

New Nielsen Portal users

Look for the one time activation link in an email from Nielsen Apps Support (noreply@nielsenmedia.com); this includes instructions on how to set a new password.

If you do not receive the email on Sunday December 5th, check your spam folder. If the email cannot be found, please ask your IT department to white list noreply@nielsenmedia.com.

Inactive Nielsen Planning and IMSeverywhere users

If you have not accessed Nielsen Planning or IMSeverywhere in the past 12 months, please send an email to your local Nielsen Planning Support team to request a Nielsen Portal account.
